5 Natural Remedies for Hair Loss

  1. Improve blood circulation in the scalp

Make frictions with decoction of nettle, which also helps to remove dandruff. For strengthening the hair root and regeneration, horsetail tincture is very effective. (two tablespoons of chopped leaves macerated in 200 ml of alcohol 700, for two weeks).

  1. Treatment with honey and garlic (onions)

Put in a bowl: 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon of garlic or onion juice. Rub the ingredients well and add a tablespoon of herbal shampoo. Apply the treatment on the hair and its root and keep the head covered about ½ hour, then wash your hair. The treatment must be done once a week for 1-2 months. Efficiency increases if you alternate onion juice with garlic juice.
